DESCRIPTION:About the Splash and Dash Swim Event:\nThe Splash &amp\; Dash S
 wim is a unique open-water event with a relaxed yet competitive atmosphere
  suitable for athletes of all levels. \n\nWe will start with a mass beach 
 start and swim two laps around the buoys\, then run down the beach to a de
 signated spot and return to the finish.\n\nWhat do you get for finishing f
 irst? Bragging rights! There may or not be prizes too.\n\nOur goal for thi
 s event is to prepare you for your race swims by giving you a race feel yo
 u can’t replicate in practice.\n\nWe encourage everyone to come out and 
 compete\, even if it’s a friendly competition between training partners.
 \n\nThe regular Oh Buoy Swim will start when our Splash and Dash swim part
 icipants are out of the water.\n\nEven if you will not join the Splash and
  Dash\, please come and cheer on your favorite triathlete.\n\nWe meet near
  the south entrance of Lowdermilk Park.\n\n
